Irvine Energy plc ("Irvine" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

• Irvine's share capital consists of 470,224,826 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
• Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 470,224,826.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Irvine under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
